Creative Vision
Angela Baptie's artwork is a celebration of colour, gesture and shape. Following in the Scottish colourist tradition, she skillfully uses colour to compliment and contrast, creating dynamic visuals. Each piece invites viewers to explore the relationship between spontaneity and structure. Every artwork is built up with multiple layers which are sanded back to create a history all of it's own.
